The Bell(e)s are each inspired by an historical women of remarkable influence and accomplishment.  Each is intended to inspire and spark interest in learning more about the accomplishments of these remarkable leaders.

Great Mothers embody elemental feminine roles.

About the Images

Slightly larger than life, Linda Ganstrom's figures are sculpted from porcelain, stained and fired, then surfaced with thin washes of Golden Fluid acrylics. They are presented on a skirt/pedestal made of wrought iron or welded steel covered in tulle.
